What a gem of a restaurant if you love authentic Thai cuisine and sushi! Had the Drunken Noodle, chicken satay, King of the Sea roll, crab Rangoon and Tom Yum soup. Portions were generous, (I grazed on the leftovers today) the food was fantastic and the service was top notch too! Def coming back for more!
What a hidden gem! Moved to Clarkston almost a year ago and still had been searching for a go to Thai spot. I'll definitely be back for more spring rolls, chicken pad Thai curry and broccoli & beef.
After seeing all the recommendations on Facebook, my son and I decided to try the place out today, and boy are we glad we did. The food and service were both excellent. The place is very clean and comfortable. We had miso soup, pad thai chicken. & five sushi rolls... Hiroshima, Hawaiian, pot of gold, beauty and the beast, and one more that we cannot remember the name of- but all five rolls were delicious. The prices were comparable to most Thai and sushi places around, portion sizes were great- we took home leftovers. We will definitely be back. The man that took care of us (perhaps the owner?) was very personable and enjoyable to chat with.
A plus food always great, Waterford you have have Gem here. The chiefs cook authentic Thai, it's homemade cooking. Service was great as well. Place should be packed. It would be if in another community
I've been to Simple Thai & Sushi a handful of times. The service is excellent: friendly, fast, and accurate. The food is next level. We hosted a party and put a huge spread of Thai food out for our guests and got incredibly positive reviews. Later, I came for sushi and was blown away with the generous portions, freshness, and flavors. I recommend this to anyone in Waterford who wants excellent Thai food and fresh sushi.
Had Sushi for lunch today at Simple Thai & Sushi. Will be going back to try their Thai soon!
